Hi,

I would like to inquire about the UCC27834 gate driver. Currently, I can only find it available in the SOIC package.

Could you please let me know if there are any plans to release this device in other package options in the future?

    Thanks for your interest in the UCC27834. Unfortunately, only the SOIC package is available at this time. If you could share the details of what package is needed for your application, we can help with the selection of the appropriate part from our existing product line.
