Hi team,
Customer can't connect GUI with the EVM. Customer have complete USB2ANY FW update as below, and see I2C pull-up works. Is there any possibilities that they can' connect EVM with the GUI?

thanks for reaching out in E2E.
Please check with the customer to follow the provided instructions in the GUI for initial setup:
If both jumpers are already in the correct position, then only power-cycle the EVM and continue by pressing "Done".
I2C Address should be automatically set to 0x41 by default as shown below. Leave it as is.
Press "Start" to control the device.
If the pull-down resistor at the VSET pin (R1) on the EVM was modified the the I2C address might be different. In this case refer to table 8-1 in the datasheet to find the right address.
