BQ2969: Schematics Review for BQ296900T

The schematic looks good / to be following the requirements in the datasheet. The only thing I'm unsure about is the circuit at the top right. What is the purpose of the 0 ohm resistors R1 & R2?

Hi Arnold — good morning,

I used a 0 Ω resistor only as a bypass option (in case the transistor circuit does not operate as expected). The REG pin of the BQ296900T is connected to the MOSFET (DMN32D2LFB4-7) — could you please review and confirm this connection? Our goal is to detect undervoltage conditions and have the system reliably turn off when they occur.
