we need to design a boost using TPSM81299
Vin = from 3.15V to 3.4V
Vout = 3.6V
Iout_max = 200mA
Iout_typ =100mA
eff_aprox = 95% ( from DS graph)
fsw ~ 1.6MHz ( use equation 1 from DS)
Vripple= 10mV
Cout_min 1uF for 100mA ( is this calculation ok)? ( use equation 3 from DS)
-> Do we need separate capacitor for AVIN C71? or is ok only to use C76,C77,C78?
-> Cout i used 3x 10u X5R 10V 0402 ( derate at 3.6V ~ 3uf) , total effective cap is 9uF is it ok or can we use less eg. only two caps?
