Since this part plays a critical role in my application, I am looking for a military-grade (MIL-STD or QML-qualified) alternative that matches the same specifications and preferably the same pinout/package (38-pin) to avoid redesign.
Could you please confirm if TI has a direct or near-direct military-qualified equivalent of the EN6347QA?
If not, could you suggest any close alternatives with similar electrical and mechanical characteristics that meet MIL or extended temperature and reliability standards?
