TPS2HB16-Q1: No real independency between the two outputs? (BEHAVIOUR of one output is influencing the SNS_behavior of the other output)

BEHAVIOUR of one output is influencing the SNS_behavior of the other output.

Usecase1:

EN2 = OFF
EN1 = ON

CI_Out2 = 7142 
CI_Out1 = 34mA

Usecase2:

EN2 = ON
EN1= ON


SNS_Out2 = 3mA
SNS_Out1 = 1mA


Conclusion:
SNS_Out1 is influenced by enabling EN2.

On each output we have a extra diagnostic circuit with 8k2 Rup to VS and a Rdown of 9k2 (8k2+1k) to GND.

Is it possible to update the (diagnostic) circuit (preferably without extra components like an extra switch), so real independency is realized between the two switches?
