TLV757P: NC connected with Ground in Eval schematic

For TLV75733PDBVR part, pin number 4 mentioned NC - No Internal Connection in datasheet pinouts. But in Evaluation schematic, pin number 4 is connected to Ground. Does this connection required, please clarify the need of giving this kind of implementation

This pin is not internally connected. Connecting to ground is not required but it does help with thermal dissipation.
