Do we have 100V single or half-bridge GaN driver with overcurrent protection integrated or CS pin for external sensing resistor device?

    Hi Yishan Chen, we do not have a single or half bridge gate driver with OCP or current sense. OCP is offered only in UCC57142 which is not a GaN driver. I would like to move this conversation to email to learn more about the opportunity for GaN driver with OCP and involve our systems team.
