LM5146: How can i use external 12V VCC supply to drive IPD050N10N5 mosfets using LM5146 ?

Tool/software:

I have simulated LM5146 in LTSpice using .lib unencrypted file available on TI website. If I don't apply external VCC it is working fine.

But when I'm trying to use external VCC, the VCC pin voltage is stuck at 7.5V.

I've already used diode at input Vin and External VCC(12V), but still I'm getting same results.

I've attached the node voltage result, please check and help.

Unfortunately, we can't support LTspice.

Thanks for response.

It would be helpful, if you can provide me Pspice or TINA Ti model where i can use external 12V Vcc or help me to get that.

Hi Anupriya,

I can check, but note it will make little difference to the IC functionality whether VCC is 7.5V or 12V.
