LMG3527R030: Regarding double pulse test

I would like to perform a double pulse test.
I am currently considering this product as a target, but do you have any information about a circuit board for double pulse testing?
If you have already performed a double pulse test, would you be able to share that information?
Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Daisuke,

The LMG352xR030 series of devices have the same switching performance. You can use the following half-bridge daughter card and the motherboard for the double pulse test.

Half-bridge daughter card EVM:

[Using this board you will be able to Vds voltage but the switching device current cannot be measured]

Motherboard EVM:

In case you are interested in the Eon Eoff loss data based on the DPT from our simulation, we can share that as well.
