My customer is considering TPS25983 and has an application circuit

I would be grateful if you could advise.

The TPS25983 achieves back-to-back operation using an external FET.
I'm considering installing a DC/DC circuit between the TPS25983 and the FET.
Is this possible?

Hi Shinichi

TPS25983 does not support DC-DC connection. You can use TPS2474X instead

My colleague Avishek Pal supports it

Hi Sailendra,

Thank you for your reply and introduced TPS2474X.

I think it is a good solution for 12V input circuit.

(1) Could you please let us know why TPS25983 doesn't support DC-DC connection.

(2) Do you have any other eFuse solution DC-DC connection besides TPS2474x.

The customer has 24V input circuit.
