I mentioned that there is SRN pin SRP pin and current sensing resistor for BQ24780S, I want to know is there register from which the real-time current can be read?

No, The the BQ24780s does not have a built a register for this purpose. You will need to use a fuel guage or another battery charger with an internal ADC
