My customer has met a SBS command issue as below, please help to analyze. Thanks.
Are there any pre‑conditions for using the BQ40Z80’s SBS command 0x44 (ManufacturerBlockAccess)? Does this command need to be enabled somewhere first? Currently we encounter an issue: when the BQ40Z80 is powered on for the first time, sending the 0x44 command receives no response, while other commands communicate normally. The 0x44 command must first be connected to the EV2400, and then a scan with the Battery Management Studio of host PC is required before communication works properly.
