Good day, I am Noli from Tokyo Electron Device.
We purchase 400pcs of TPS62932DRLR from TI store (#T05736035) for our customer's trial production,
however there occured a soldering probem while the trial production.
As our customer mentioned that the solder does not adhere to the side as shown in the figures below.
I have asked customer how many pieces occured this situation, the reply is all of them.
Our customer hopes to find the solution to this, and has confirmed the recommended soldering profiles as well. Iis there any suggestions for our customer to solve this?
