Is it also possible to get the reference design. I am planning on using the LM5190 for a design I have and it would be very beneficial to see how the copper layers and vias are laid out.

I have no records of you sending me the design files. TI provides the P-spice models and I downloaded that from the website but I am looking for the hardware design files for the LM5190 evaluation module.
