IN, SYS, and BAT each have the required capacitances. It's acceptable to have 22uF on IN.
ILIM/VSET has a 5.1k resistor, which sets ILIM=1100mA and VBATREG=3.65V. Please note that the pre-charge to fast charge transition threshold (VLOWV) is fixed at 3.0V for the BQ25185. The VLOWV column in Table 8-1 is incorrect and should be 3.0V for all of the ILIM/VSET settings. The battery undervoltage lockout (BUVLO) is also fixed at 3.0V for this device. This is currently being fixed in the datasheet.
The connections for STAT1, STAT2, and TS/MR are not shown. Is an NTC thermistor being used in this design?
RISET=1k sets the fast charge current to 300mA.
I don't see any issues with the BJT inverter circuit on the /CE pin. Is there a reason for using it instead of pulling the /CE pin low to always have charging enabled?
