TPS3842: How to minimize tCTS on TPS3842: Should CTS be left open or tied to GND?

I am using the TPS3842 and would like to set the tCTS to the minimum value. Should the CTS pin be left open, or should it be connected to GND to achieve the shortest timeout?

Hi,

The CTS pin of TPS3842 should be left open for minimum sense delay. CTS should not be connected to GND, it is an unsupported configuration. Section 7.3.2 of the datasheet describes the operation of the CTS pin in detail.
