    Hi Zhang,

    The main difference between these will be the allowable VCC levels and the VIH spec. The SN74ACT245 supply range is 4.5V to 5.5V and will have a VIH closer to a 3.3V rail would expect (1.65 ish V) and SN74AC245 supply range 2V to 6V and will have a VIH closer to VCC/2.
