I am using TPS543C20RVF in my design to generate 5V from an input 12V. The schematic is attached for rweference. The output comes out to be 1.3V and not 5V. I have verified each and every component and inputs there seem to be no difference from a different board where it generates 5V with the same circuitry. Circuit wise both designs are identical , i have attached the working schematic too.

So far i have
- Verifed all components and their values
- replaced the regulator irself
- compoared the schematic with the good design
There has been no improvement and the regulator outputs a fixed 1.3V .
Can someone point out what is the difference, am i overlooking somethin important here.
