Hi,

We are planning to monitor the battery level using fuel gauge IC. Only discharge will happen through the system, the battery is replacable( i.e charging will done through a different device.) . Kindly help me to choose a part this application.

Battery voltage - 4.2V

Lithium Ion cell.

Capacity- 6000mAh

It is a single lithium-ion cell as of now, if needed we might use 1S2P. Could you please suggest a part number for both the configurations.

We have many gauges that can gauge a single cell battery. These are my suggestions.

BQ27z746, impedance track plus protection

BQ27z561, impedance track, no protection

BQ27427, Impedance track lite, no protection
