Hello,

Referring to the block diagram in the data manual, is the 200uA current source powered by VBIAS or VIN? The 200uA current source and the charging pump are connected together. Can I understand if this current source is connected in parallel with the error amplifier power supply?
Another question is what controls this current source?

Hey Jeno,

In most cases the current source will be powered by BIAS, in cases where VIN >> VBIAS it will be powered by VIN. While the current source is powered by VIN it is in parallel with the error amp power supply.

The current source is used to create a voltage ramp on the NR/SS capacitor which will be reflected on the output.
