ISO6763: Emission for ISO6763DWR

Hello Team,

We are using the digital isolators ISO6763DWR and ISO1540DR in one of our products.
We have 4* each of the above ICs in the PCB.

We are conducting compliance testing for the device.
Could you please provide the carrier frequency for these ICs?
Additionally, are there any emission graphs available for them?

Hello,

The ISO6763DWR has a carrier frequency of 450MHz. I will check the carrier frequency and emissions for the ISO1540 device and reply later tomorrow.

Hello,

As I mentioned, The ISO6763DWR has a carrier frequency of ~450MHz. The ISO1540 is an edge-based device, therefore it does not have an internal oscillator.

The results for ISO6763DWR are shown below. ISO1540 has similar RE results and passes the same RI levels.

Out of curiosity, can you please explain this?.

I was expecting ISO154 will be a device that uses some high frequency carrier frequency to pass through the galvanic region like in case of ISO6763DW.

Sorry for the confusion. The ISO1540 does use a high frequency carrier (OOK) and will have similar emissions to ISO6763.
