What conditions can cause BQ28550 FC flag be raised

Dear All:

We met one customer BQ28550 issue that FC flag is difficult to be met.

When voltage and current be satisfy to full charge conditions, but FC flag not be raised.

We need to charge it for long time, then FC can be raised.

Would you please tell me the detailed conditions?

It's very urgency case.

    Hi,

    The part should satisfy all conditions as per Table C-7 of SLUU513 ( 28550 TRM ). Also make sure that the part is not in DSG mode ( Battery Status - DSG ) is not ON.  I was able to trigger TCA, FC following the conditions following the method.
