I am trying to use this one to replace another PFC chip,it looks like a good alternative, but the problem is this chip cannot be synced.

I didn't find any other chips on TI site similar to this one but could be synced.

any sugestions?

    I can't think of a way to synchronize the UCC28019 but the UCC3817 has an application note associated with it that is titled:

    Synchronizing a PFC Controller from a Down Stream Controller Gate Drive

    I'm not sure what your requirements are but this device might be worth looking at.
