i need your help because we use LM2765M6X linked to the BIAS pin of the LM51231-Q1.

Considering the LM2765M6X age, i would know if there are good alternative PNs with a lower PN age and/or higher performance.

Hi Nini,

i have 3.3V in input and i would have a Vout>5V with an Iout>25mA

Dear ,

yes i could use LM2775, but i have seen the efficiency for my use case is so bad. Do you suggest to use a proper boost dc/dc module (with integrated inductance instead charge pump?
