TPS922052: TPS92205x use internal LDO for external load (uC, etc.)

Part Number: TPS922052

Hi,
I’m using the TPS922052 and would like to know if the internal LDO output (VCC pin) can be used to power external circuitry.

Project Facts: Vin = 24V, Iled = 200mA, Vled ~ 19V (COB-LED), analog-dimming per PWM, frequency = 400kHz

I’m considering an external load of about 6-10 mA (small microcontroller and bus transceiver plus some resistors).

  • Is it allowed/recommended to power external loads from VCC?
  • If yes, what is the recommended maximum continuous external current under worst-case conditions?
  • Are there any known startup / UVLO / stability issues when loading VCC with such a current?

By the way ... are there already a final or newer tool available, or any simulation models? More than a year ago, there a thread with a preliminary calculation tool.

Thanks and best regards,
Thomas
