TLV767: Void management range standard or recommended level of IC mounted on PCB

My customer built a PBA for a board with multiple TLV76750DRVRs, and below are the PCB mountings for those ICs.

Q1. Is the void level of the TLV767 ICs mounted on the PCB appropriate enough to not cause problems in the operation of the components?

Q2. If there are any specifications or recommended levels for void management ranges of ICs mounted on PCB, please let us know.

This device does not have a specified limit for voiding on the solder.

For recommended levels for void management you can follow the IPC standards.
