I have an EV2300 which displays firmware version 3.1r

Now my question is what is the latest firmware for EV2300?

EV2300 latest version is 3.1m

EV2300-1 latest version is 3.1r

I see, that means I have EV2300-1.

What are the main advantages of EV2400 over EV2300-1 which I have now?

EV2400 does true 100KHz SMB and I2C

EV2400 hardware is capable of much more but we are still adding support for advanced features in software

BTW EV2300 and EV2400 are firmware upgradeable

Since I have the latest firmware for EV2300 there is no need for an upgrade.

But if i want to work on newer gas gauges i understand i'll have to aquire EV2400.
