REF54: REF54 Temp Range and Orderable Part Numbers

Part Number: REF54

I am using the REF54 voltage reference in my design, specifically the 4.096V part REF54410. In the datasheet for the part on page 3, there is a device comparison table in which, according to the footnotes, only the SOIC package C grade temperature range is available in the market. See image below of the table:

The C temperature range refers to 0 C to 70 C as indicated by the table as well as the third paragraph of section 3 of the datasheet. See image below:

However, further in the datasheet on addendum page 1, the packaging information table only shows C grade parts yet now the Operating temp range is -40 C to 125 C. See image below:

Additionally, on the store page for the REF54 product, it shows that this part's temperature range is -40 C to 125 C.

I wanted to inquire about this discrepancy and confirm the temperature range of the orderable parts on the market.

Additionally, could you please provide a rough estimate of when the VSSOP package parts will be available in the higher temperature range? Thank you!

Regards,

James Coyne
