Is there a any isolated gate driver supporting VIOWM>=2000Vrms(AC sine) and creepage >=15mm?

UCC5350L-Q1 's VIOWM is 1500Vrms .

In high power solar inverter, 2000Vbus is used. therefore VIOWM >= 2000 V_RMS and creepage >= 15mm isolated gate driver is needed. did you get the similar requirements in solar inverter market?

Hi Ken,

If the 2000Vbus is in a DC configuration since it is an inverter, then this device is rated for 2121Vbus (DC), which should be able to support this application.
