BQ34110: BQ34110 Load Learning

I have an application where I have a 19.2V, 96Wh LiFePO4 pack charged with a solar panel.  It will drive a load on a daily basis - which might might drain it by roughly 10%.  In general, it should rarely fully discharge.

I have 2 questions:

1. In this case, is the BQ34110 the prefered solution over the BQ34Z100?
2. If the BQ34110 is preferred, is it necessary to include a learning load, or can the LEN pin be left disconnected?
