    The TPS62130 is an internally compensated switching converter.  In general, the user must properly select the external filter components (output inductor and capacitor) to be stable with the fixed internal compensation.  Each specific IC's datasheet contains information on the allowable component selection.  An appication note on the TPS62130 allowable external components provides even more indepth information.  The title is "Optimizing the TPS62130/40/50/60/70 Output Filter" http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva463/slva463.pdf
