BQ27Z746: BQ27Z746 Programming issue

Part Number: BQ27Z746

Hi TI teams,

I’ve been trying to program the BQ27Z746 using my own simulated I2C implementation recently.
Attached are my schematic and the waveform captured during programming. The later part of the waveform was cut off, so only part of it is shown.

However, I found that after executing the command 16 07 DE 83, the IC always responds with NACK.
After that, due to the current software flow, even if I power-cycle the system, the IC no longer responds to either address 0xAA or 0x16.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.
