Is there a similar diagram as below to show the precise VREF over temp?

    Hello Brian,

    We do not have such a typical characteristics graph over temperature. Please do not forget that this is just a typical graph, only the values in the electrical characteristics give the real behavior over temperature and production. Not the typical graph.

    In the datasheet, it mentions the 2% internal reference; is this specified over the temperature range or at 25 degrees? It isn't clarified in the E/C table.

    What customer concern is the variation with this reference voltage over temp!

    Hello Brian,

    Please check the section 7.7 in the datasheet. You find in this section the value at room temperature and as well the full temperature values we guarantee.
