Design formulas using uc28610

The calculations involve a series of iterations in which some key parameters MUST be met:

• The UCC28610 does not support zero voltage switching so the turns ratio must be designed accordingly
• The on-time must be within 1.5us and 5us
• The DRV current (peak primary current) must be within 1A and 4A at full load
• The switching frequency is highest at full load and is clamped to approx.133kHz at the maximum end and 30kHz at the minimum clamp

Using these criteria, the calculator takes the specified input and output requirements and calculates the required parts in order to get a reliable design.  I have enclosed a pdf of my MathCAD workbook that I used as a basis of the Excel Design Calculator.  I have updated the input capacitor  equations and the CL resistor so this is not identicle to the web version (which will be revised as soon as possible).
