Hi,
i want to know if i have to supply VBAT = 20 V or I can use an higher voltage cause my battery pack (10 cells) is about 36V. Morevoer, during charging it can arrive to 42 V.
Thank you

You should plan to program your board before cell connection so you can control the voltage to the board. You may be able to program successfully at a higher voltage. There is a voltage range at which the charge pump can run and reduce the voltage such that the programming will not be successful. Please see the last post at http://e2e.ti.com/support/power_management/battery_management/f/180/t/47065.aspx for suggestions.
