BQ500210EVM Schematic and Layout Files

Are schematic, layout and component libraries available for the BQ500210EVM?  I'm specifically looking for the BQ500210EVM-689 version and preferably in Altium tools.  Alternate formats my be okay as they could be migrated into the Altium tools.
