Hello TI Team,

I need your support related to the part UCC3802.

We are using UCC3802 in Die version in one of our legacy projects that we are planning to redesign to change this die-based part to general SMT version part (non-die).

And also, we were looking to go with a part having increased operating temperature range up to 125 DegC, so was evaluating UCC2802 (in TSSOP package since it is smaller package compared to SOIC and rated for 125 DegC )

I have few questions

  1. Is there any major difference between UC3802 and UCC2802 operation from electrical specification point except operating temperature differences?
  2. While going through the datasheet I see different version of UCC2802 ie UCC2802PW, UCC2802PW.A for TSSOP package. Could you let me know the exact difference between these two versions.
