UCC15241-Q1: UL Certificate Issue

Part Number: UCC15241-Q1

Hi Team,

Seems there is a bug: in the UL certificate, the part number is UCC15241QDWNQ1, but for the current part number, ti.com only has UCC15241QDWNRQ1. Could you please help check and modify the UL certificate to meet the real part number on ti.com? Thanks.

Hi Francis,

The R in UCC15241QDWNRQ1 stands for reel. This is to indicate that this device is packaged in a reel instead of in a different way.

The UCC15241QDWNRQ1 and UCC15241QDWNQ1 are identical devices except for the way that they are packaged and shipped to the customer. There are no differences between the devices, so there will be no change in the isolation behavior.

Hi Carter,

Customer cannot accept the solution you provided - develop a document to specify how the ‘R’ in the OPN name doesn’t change any of the device performance capabilities.

They need make order number and the part number in certificate match one-to-one.

Please help modify the part number in certificate asap. Thanks.

Customer would like to monitor the progress that's why I continue the discussion in E2E.

Is there any concern? If yes, you can firstly directly tell us that TI can modify the UL certificate or not. Then we can see what we can do here offline. Thanks.
