BQ25798: Battery pack not charging

Hi team,

I'm putting in this request for the customer, that will read in cc.

I use bq25730 charger with  bq77915 protection IC. My9 battery pack is 4S2P with 32700 LiFePO LiFePO 6000mAh 3.2V (nominal)  cells. I used below reference designs for both Charger and protection side

After I checked my circuit, REGN is 6V, Pack output is 13. 6V and I see this voltage from VSYS. But when I apply 14.4V as input (VBUS) to charger, pack can not be charged.
