This is a follow-up to my previous question regarding the LP5861TEVM.
To verify the behavior on actual hardware, we purchased another LP5861TEVM board and tested it with the same pattern, but we observed exactly the same symptom as before.
Because changing the device registers manually is quite time-consuming on our side, we would prefer to make the register changes through the GUI as much as possible instead of writing to the registers directly.
Could you please check whether there might be any differences between the LP5861TEVM that TI is using and the EVMs we have (for example, board revision, firmware, GUI version, or default configuration)? If there are any specific versions or settings we should match, please let us know.
If you need additional information such as our GUI version, register settings, or test procedure, we can provide them.
