Hey Raju,

Could you tell me how you are enabling the device? Is it tied to the 3.3V or external? Are you using tracking mode? How is your REFIN pin configured? Because in tracking mode there are a few dependencies on REFIN for the startup time of VO and the assertion of PGOOD. Hope to hear from you soon!

Raju,

Because you are enabling from an external source, it would be best to follow the behavior described in Figure 6-1. Tracking is best applicable when EN is tied directly to the 3.3V supply. Typical time from EN going high to PGOOD asserting is about 2ms. Based on that the time to startup from enable, from EN high to VO high, would be somewhere between 2ms depending on your typical amount COUT, but it seems you are using typical amount of capacitance.
