TXU0304: Dring ability issue

Part Number: TXU0304
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0304, , TXU0102, TXU0202, SN74AVC4T774

Hi,

We are currently working on a project with a two-board design (Top and Bottom boards). The current configuration is as follows:

Top Board (CPU Board): Uses TI TXB0304RUTR

Bottom Board: Uses ONSEMI FXMAR2104UMX

The Issue:

Because the level shifter on the bottom board features internal 10kohm pull-up resistors, we are encountering an issue where the CAN BUS signals cannot be pulled low enough (VOL is too high).

Requirements:

We are looking for a replacement that meets the following criteria:

No internal pull-up resistors (or significantly higher resistance).

Stronger driving capability: I_OL must be greater than 2mA.

Pin-to-pin compatible with the TI TXB0304RUTR.

Could you please provide recommendations and the corresponding datasheets for our reference?

Thanks!

Jeff
