Part Number: UCC24612
Hi team,
Gate resistance in the EVM schematic is 2.2 ohm.
VGH is 9.4 V(typ).
Maximum source current is 1A and it seems smaller than 9.4V/2.2ohm.
Is this no problem?
Best regards,
Goto

Hi Goto,
You need to add internal resistance too.

Yamini.
Hi Yamini,
What is the specific value of internal resistance?
Best regards,
Goto
Hi Goto,
Rsource and Rsink (in the datasheet) are the internal resistances.
Regards,
Yamini.
Hi Yamni,
In other words, is the total source resistance of EVM is the sum of 2.2 Ω and 5.7 Ω, right?
Best regards,
Goto
Hi Yamini,
Then, VG/R= 10.26/(5.7+2.2) = 1.27A. This is larger than Maximum source current is 1A .
Is this no problem?

Best regards,
Goto
Hi Goto,
VG =10.26V is Max and R source =5.7ohm is typical value, for VG max value , you may not get Rsource as typical value.

Yamini.
