HI,

I am search for a LDO with a fixed 1.8V output. Input is 3V3. No current requirement (<10mA). But need to be a AEC grade 1 product. In datasheet mentioned TPS7E8XX-Q1 offer a fixed voltage version, but no part number mentioned. Is it a customized product? Can I buy with small amount in the distributers?

Hello Yanjie,

TPS7E8XX-Q1 is for wide vin application (Vin 40V max).

For a 3.3V to 1.8V with low current I would recommend either TPS784-Q1 (TPS78418QDBVRQ1) or TLV733P-Q1(TLV73318PQDBVRQ1). Both options are 1.8V fixed in SOT-23 package and AEC Q100 rated. You can find some of their performance differences in HERE. You should be able to buy either product as they are released.
