I wanted to synchronize two LM25037 so that they give the same output with same frequency and zero phase difference. How do I go about this?

You can provide an external clock signal to the RT1 pin of both of these LM25037 controllers. You have to ensure the following conditions:
1. The pulse width of the external clock signal is at least 15ns.
2. The frequency of this external clock is 10% higher than that set by the RT1 and RT2 resistors (explained in Section 7.4.3)
3. The rising edge of the external clock must be at least 3V.

Is there any chance of synchronizing both LM25037 using the oscillator of one of the LM25037 to provide the external clock signal for the other LM25037, kind of like in a master-slave configuration? I would like to avoid using an external clock signal if possible.

Unfortunately, the LM25037 does not have an output SYNC signal which can be used to synchronize another LM25037. You would have to implement an external oscillator that controls both LM25037s. This can be done with something like a LM555 timer.
