REF3430: long term stability at 50C

Part Number: REF3430
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF34

Hi team,

do you have long term stability of REF3430 at 50C? Customer use case is 45-60C, thanks!

Rayna

  • Hello Rayna,

The long-term drift will probably be similar to the performance shown in the datasheet. The datasheet long-term stability test holds the devices at 35°C to make sure effects of temperature drift are removed, but the trend will probably be similar at 45°C to 60°C.

    Thanks,

    Jackson

  • Hi Jackson,

Do you have exact value at 50C? because ADR3430 has 50C data for long term stability, we want to replace it, could you share it to help win? thanks!

    Rayna

  • Hello Rayna,

We do not have data at 50°C. Please use the other performance benefits of REF34 to convince the customer to choose the TI part. Benefits include:

    • REF34 has 2x better initial accuracy
    • REF34 has 25% improvement for temperature drift
    • REF34 has 30% improvement for noise
    • REF34 has lower quiescent current

    Thanks,

    Jackson
