TPS22916: TPS22916BL default status when EN floating

Hi team,

Customer would like to use TPS22916BL in their design.

Since they see TPS22916 get smart pull down, and TPS22916BL version is active low, so does it mean when EN is floating, TPS22916BL is enabled and will VIN will pass to VOUT?

Could you help kindly share your comment regarding the above inquiry?
