Hi,

I am cycling a pack for some days now without any problems, however today during discharge all the values and flags on the SBS Screen went gray and I had to short Pack+ and 4P to wake up the battery. Few minutes later it happened again and I have no idea why.

The log-File says "Possible error-See error log" - which error log?

    The root cause of the communication error is that the pack went to sleep mode. Please check if any of the conditions for sleep are met. The pack should not be allowed to go to sleep during the learning autocycle process.

    The bqEVSW error log is only created if bqEVSW.ini contains the following entries. This is turned off by default.

    [Options]
    EnableErrLog=1
    ClearLog=1

    The log in this case will show that all transactions were NAcked
