BQ34Z100-G1: Gauging Parameter Calculator (GPC) Tool - Upload shows ERROR

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

I have packaged the config.txt and roomtemp_rel_dis_rel.csv files into a .zip file, but after uploading the .zip file to www.ti.com/.../gpcUpload.tsp, the page displays the following message:

Gauging Parameter Calculator (GPC) Tool - Upload

An unexpected error has occurred in this Application.

Please hit the Browser's Back Button to return to the previous page.

The documents I referenced are: SLVA725A – September 2015 – Revised August 2018 and ZHCA838 – Dec. 2018. I have uploaded my .zip file: BQ34Z100IIC.zip; could you please help me identify the problem?
